Some enemies will actually grab a hold of the wire apparatus and pull back or run forward - trying to snap the line in two or eliminate the tension for less damage. But even if Kurenai does manage to wrap up one of her enemies with the Tetsugen wire, it doesn't mean that she'll automatically ensure an instant kill. A guard-type personality, on the other hand, may be more inclined to slug it out with our heroine via one-on-one (or four-on-one) to test their level of badass. Should the player encounter a scout-type character, for instance, they'll need to eliminate him quickly before he runs away or blows on his horn for help.
